I thought I would take this moment to tell you a bit about myself. My name is Cajsa and in July I will travel from Sweden to the US to work as an au pair. I will be living in Virginia with an adorable family of four over the coming the year. This is by far the biggest adventure I have ever been on, and I know that at least my family is really excited to see what I'm up to, therefore I will try to share as much as can of my year here on this blog. I say try since I am a notoriously bad blogger, but this time I will really do my best!
As I love to photograph there's a good chance that you will see a lot of photos of what I'm up to. If you too want to become, or already is an au pair, feel free to ask questions or comment on my posts. I am actually looking forward to discussing with others about their experiences and thoughts. Or maybe you're more curious about how the application process can look, I know I've felt like a bit more info would've have hurt.You're also very welcome to comment on how I can improve this blog, or if you want me to write more about a specific topic.
Although I wont travel to the US until July 20, I will still keep you posted on what I'm up to, concerning my year as an au pair of course. There's still a lot of packing to be done and my agency have requested that I write a "Au Pair Project" to bring with me. Four months ago I thought that this day couldn't come too soon, now however it's getting quite stressful, but I'm still very excited!
